In today's world of technology, we have forgotten many of our old trends, many of which we used to enjoy. Some still make a big deal about them; some don't.

Here they are:

1. One-Dish Dinners.

A dish cooked by each. Then, all would gather at a house and have the time of their lives.

2. Slumber Parties.

These were the hype back before technology took over. Even though it was a chick-flick of a trend, boys had all-nighters of their own.

3. April Fools Pranks. 

Reserved for the 1st of the month, everybody would play hilarious antics on each other.

4. Balloon Fights. 

This one was popular on beaches and as an after-party activity.

5. Burping Competitions. 

A boys' favorite. Each competitor would try to burp the loudest to overthrow their opponent.

6. Pillow Battles. 

People would have fun throwing pillows at one another.

7. Candle-Light Dinners. 

For all the hopeless romantics.

8. Skateboarding. 

This was every punk teenager's dream.

9. Autographs and Slam Books.

There would always be everybody, reaching out to their favorite person at concerts for an autograph. And, as far as Slam Books are concerned, we've all been there. I know I have.

10. Greeting Cards and Postcards.    

This one brings many memories. Students would make mountains on teachers' desks. The joy opening an envelope would bring and finding a postcard inside sent by a loved one was another thing entirely.

Why let these modern times ruin all the fun?
