7/27

Fifth Harmony has released there much-awaited follow up to their debut album.

7/27 was initially set for a release on the 20th of May. However, they moved the date a week. Critics suggest that this change of plans was to avoid a who-sells-the-most with pop sensation, Ariana Grande, whose third studio album, Dangerous Woman, was set to be released on the same day.

The first single, Work From Home, from 7/27 made it on the Billboard and now is number five on the chart. It features TY Dolla Sign, an American hip hop and R&B recording artist. This was followed, not too late, by the second single, The Life. The album cover was also decided and was shown along with this song. Write On Me was the last promotional single.

Their second is a lot different from their debut, Reflection. It contains more than one EDM-themed songs, Work From Home being the most revered. And also, an indie pop: Dope.

There's also a deluxe version of the album, with two additional tracks.

With this release, 5H has proved that they can reconcile teen attitude with adult sophistication in their music.

Concert dates and the tour schedule will soon be announced.
