We are forced to stick with the choices that we make, even if they are wrong. Sometimes, we think that we're doing what's best for us, we think that we know that what we're doing is best for us. 

But we're wrong. 

So was I. 

I made a choice, without meditating over it. It turned out to not be good for me. And now, I'm paying the price.
